TLDR

Credits allow you to use the software's search and AI features. The plan you subscribe to determines your monthly or annual credit allotment. However, you can always purchase additional credits in the Wallet.

The search or AI feature determines how many credits are used. Please see the breakdown of credit usage below.

People Search

  • Usage: People Search has a multi-tier credit usage system to ensure maximum results.

    • Tier 1 - No Credit Used.

    • Tier 2 - 3 credits are used when added to a List.

    • Tier 3 - 1 credit is used when the contact is selected and "Get Phone Numbers" is clicked.

  • Details: This search targets individuals based on description and location [optional]. Advanced filters are also available to help you better describe who you're looking for.

Company Search

  • Usage: 1 credit per company (with at least one validated email). We do not guarantee what data is returned or how many points of contact are revealed.

  • Details: This search targets companies based on their geographical location. You will be charged 1 credit for each company for which at least one valid email address is successfully retrieved.

  • Data Enrichment: 1 credit is used for every company uploaded in your CSV file. We do not guarantee what data is returned or how many points of contact are revealed.

Domain Search

  • Usage: 1 credit per email.

  • Details: Target specific domains to find email addresses associated with them. Each email found under the targeted domain costs one credit. We do not guarantee what data is returned or how many points of contact are revealed.

Influencer Search

  • Usage: The Influencer Search has a multi-tier credit usage system to ensure maximum results.

    • Tier 1: 1 credit when the initial search is run.

    • Tier 2: 5 credits when the contact is enriched and the detailed report is generated.

  • Details: Find your ideal influencers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

AI Assistant

  • Usage: 1 credit per action

  • Actions: Direct Message, Summary, Intro, Subject Line, or custom prompt creation.

AI Tools

  • ICP Suggestions

    • Usage: 4 credits per generation.

    • Details: Helps generate searches to run based on what the AI understands about your business.

In conclusion, the system maximizes your outreach while keeping costs predictable. Each credit spent is an investment in building a more targeted and effective sales pipeline.
